In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and with our colleagues and clients health in mind, we have installed plexiglass screens and hand sanitizer stations at all of our client service counters. In order to meet social distancing guidelines, we are limiting the number of clients in our offices at the same time so if you need to meet with a member of the HSM Team, we encourage you to phone ahead of time to arrange a meeting. With regards to ICBC, please call one of our offices in advance as we will continue to process your ICBC transactions for you over the phone and have documents ready for you to pick up with little person-to-person interaction.
